Museum is now OPEN

The virus crisis stay-at-home has been lifted and Shreveport Water Works Museum is now open for the same hours as “before”, Tue – Sat 10a- 4p and Sun 12n – 4p. The museum is the perfect place to stretch your legs and look and learn at Shreveport’s original water works (got some impressive steam pumps!) that is a unique National Historic Landmark. Social distancing is easy here and you can get a guided tour with your own group or show yourself around with a self-guided tour. It’s free! (donations to help with the bills are always welcome)
