Train Day Is Here!

Saturday October 11 is Train Day at Shreveport Water Works Museum. Our railroad friends at Shreveport Railroad Museum have pulled out all the stops in organizing a great line-up of speakers in the meeting room and will be showing off a new addition to their HO model train depicting central Shreveport. Tours of the historic Water Works is not to be missed either. Plus, we’ll have Hot Dawg Hut and Sweet Treats food trucks for your picnicking pleasure.  As usual for big days, parking will be plentiful across North Common with a shuttle to whisk you back and forth. It’ll be fun, so come on out!
