Give For Good is a wrap

The Give For Good donate-a-thon campaign on May 2 organized by the Community Foundation brought in $7090 for the McNeill Street Pumping Station Preservation Society to use at the Shreveport Water Works Museum. This does not include whatever share we get of the $200,000 Lagniappe Fund, which is still being calculated. So, a very good day for us. Only $33,000 to go and we’ll have enough to operate the museum for a whole year!
